Justin Sgro
Founder
Born and raised in the sports-centric city of Pittsburgh, PA, Justin grew up an avid hockey player with a stick in his hands by the time he could walk! Obtaining a hockey scholarship to the University of Central Oklahoma, Justin continued his hockey career as the team’s goalie for the next 4 years. While attending the University of Central Oklahoma, he received a Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Real Estate along with All-American status on the ice.
After college Justin decided to follow his dreams and play professional hockey in Rome, NY for the Rome Frenzy of the FHL. When the hockey chapter of his life closed, Justin decided to turn to his degree, natural competitive spirit, and leadership qualities to the business world. Starting within the marketing/sales industry back in 2010, Justin found an environment that allowed him to exercise everything he loved about being on the ice. Within 2 years, he was able to perfect his communication skills, leadership ability, and sales management expertise. When he was approached by a large client within the cable/satellite industry to oversee a direct marketing/sales firm in Philadelphia and help them extend their market reach, he jumped at the opportunity.
Over the last ten years, Justin has served as a model for what integrity, servant leadership and humility look like. A leader and trusted mentor to dozens, he has created a name for STC Direct in Philadelphia as a goal-oriented, results-driven, growing small business! With expansion goals at the forefront of his mind, Justin surrounds himself with energetic, entrepreneurial minded marketing/sales professionals that he grooms into management positions.
Fatima Mubashir-Elahi
Director of Recruitment
Born and raised in Central Jersey, Fatima learned her resilience and work ethic from her immigrant parents. Now based in Atlanta, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband, exploring new corners of the world.
A firm believer in the motto, “Fall seven times, get up eight,” Fatima approaches every challenge with determination and a growth mindset. She has over six years of experience in sales, marketing, and recruitment, and has been a part of STC for the past six years, driving talent acquisition and team growth.

Erin attended West Chester University, where she built a strong foundation in communication and developed a passion for working with people. After beginning her career, she found her niche in recruiting with STC Direct, helping connect individuals with opportunities for growth. In addition to recruiting, Erin manages the company’s social media, bringing her passion for content and brand presence to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, taking Pilates classes, and trying new restaurants and recipes.

Kayla is a proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University and a dedicated recruiting professional at STC Direct.
