We work across Lancaster County — from Lancaster Central Market and the Fulton Theatre to Millersville, Manheim, Ephrata, and Lititz — with team members commuting via US-30, US-222, and the PA Turnpike. New hires complete paid in-house training and learn the role beside experienced senior reps. Our sales reps work in the field — meeting customers face-to-face, presenting client products and services, and closing deals on the spot. No prior sales experience is required; we train new hires from day one.
