What Does Training Look Like for Someone with No Background?
Your first week is in-office training — products, process, scripts, objection handling, and the close. Field training continues with a senior rep beside you on every client call until you are ready to work independently. You start earning full commission from week one. Most no-experience hires close their first deal within their first 30 days on the team. From there, your path looks like: Sales Rep → Senior Rep → Account Executive → Management Trainee.

Yes. We have hired great reps from retail, restaurants, hospitality, food service, athletics, the military, teaching, parenting, and straight out of college. We train every new rep from zero regardless of background.
What if I am shy?
Shy and coachable beats outgoing and resistant every time. We train you on how to start conversations, build rapport, and handle objections. Most reps describe themselves as “shy” before training and “comfortable” by month two.
Will I be alone in the field on day one?
No. Field training includes a senior rep beside you on real calls until you are ready to work independently — typically four to six weeks in.
What if I find out I am bad at sales?
Most “bad at sales” is really “not yet trained.” If you can learn (most people can), you can sell. If after our training and coaching you decide it is not for you, we part on good terms — but it is rare.
Do I get paid during training?
Yes. Initial training is fully paid. You start earning commission from your first week in the field.
