STC Direct is hiring for our entry-level management training program across the Greater Philadelphia metro and South Jersey. Our program prepares high-performers to run sales territories, manage hiring, and ultimately help open new STC Direct offices. Trainees rotate through every part of the business — sales, recruiting, operations, and finance — before stepping into leadership. We hire trainees with strong fundamentals and a desire to run their own office.

What Does Management Training Look Like at STC Direct?

Our trainees rotate across every part of the business. By the end of the program, you understand how every dollar moves through the office. The rotation includes:

  • Direct sales rotation (closing alongside our reps)
  • Recruiting and onboarding new hires
  • Office operations (payroll, scheduling, training)
  • Account management and client relationships
  • Finance, P&L, and office economics
  • Leading team meetings and offsite events

Is this a desk job?

No. Trainees spend significant time in the field with our sales reps and account executives, especially in the first six months. After the rotation, you spend more time in the office managing team operations and reviewing performance.

Where do trainees end up?

Most successful trainees move into Assistant Manager and then Office Manager. The most ambitious open their own STC Direct office.
