STC Direct is hiring entry level account executives in Bucks County, PA — no prior sales experience required. We work across the county — from Doylestown’s historic downtown to New Hope’s riverfront and the Newtown corridor — meeting customers along US-1, Route 309, and I-95. New hires complete paid in-house training and learn the role beside experienced senior reps. Our account executives manage client relationships in the field — building territory, growing existing accounts, and mentoring junior sales reps. We promote into AE roles from within; new hires from sales rep roles typically move into AE within their first six to twelve months.
