We work with clients up and down the Main Line — from Suburban Square in Ardmore to Bryn Mawr, Wayne, and Paoli — with team members commuting from Lower Merion, Haverford, and Radnor townships. New hires complete paid in-house training and learn the role beside experienced senior reps. Our management training program prepares high performers to run sales territories, manage hiring, and ultimately help open new STC Direct offices. Trainees rotate through every part of the business — sales, recruiting, operations, and finance — before stepping into leadership.
