We serve customers across Chester County, from historic downtown West Chester to Exton, Downingtown, Kennett Square, and the QVC corridor along Route 202. New hires complete paid in-house training and learn the role beside experienced senior reps. Our management training program prepares high performers to run sales territories, manage hiring, and ultimately help open new STC Direct offices. Trainees rotate through every part of the business — sales, recruiting, operations, and finance — before stepping into leadership.
