STC Direct is hiring management trainees in Bucks County, PA — no prior sales experience required. We work across the county — from Doylestown’s historic downtown to New Hope’s riverfront and the Newtown corridor — meeting customers along US-1, Route 309, and I-95. New hires complete paid in-house training and learn the role beside experienced senior reps. Our management training program prepares high performers to run sales territories, manage hiring, and ultimately help open new STC Direct offices. Trainees rotate through every part of the business — sales, recruiting, operations, and finance — before stepping into leadership.
