We meet customers across South Jersey — from the Camden waterfront and Rutgers-Camden to Cherry Hill, Voorhees, and Marlton — with team members commuting across the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman bridges. New hires complete paid in-house training and learn the role beside experienced senior reps. Our management training program prepares high performers to run sales territories, manage hiring, and ultimately help open new STC Direct offices.
